This Crozer Health outpatient facility is located just across Route 1 from the Crozer Medical Plaza at Brinton Lake. The ground level is home to a Crozer Health Sleep Center, which has brought expert diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders to residents of western Delaware County and Chester County. Primary care and specialty care physician practices are also part of the pavilion.
