Crozer Health’s outpatient addiction recovery and mental health services have relocated from Community Hospital to the new Community Campus located directly across the street from Crozer-Chester Medical Center. The Drug and Alcohol Access Center has relocated to Crozer’s emergency department.
What you need to know:
- No services were eliminated in this transition
- All providers and staff remain the same
- Free parking is available at the new campus
- The SEPTA Route 117 bus stops at 15th St. and Upland Ave., directly in front of Community Campus
Community Campus coordinates a full range of outpatient behavioral health services. The campus is a central and convenient place for area families to come for all of their social service needs.
