Crozer Health Introduces Online Medical Records Request

Patients can now request copies of their medical records online, from the convenience of their home, with a new online service recently introduced by Crozer Health .

This service offers patients a more convenient alternative than visiting the hospital to pick up records.

To request records, patients are required to complete an online identification process to ensure privacy and security. Patients can then specify their required records, pay a small processing fee and submit their request. The fee for online orders is the same amount as an in-person pickup at the hospital.

Patients will receive their records in the mail within three to five days. Patients may also choose to download a copy of their medical records directly to their computers. Downloaded records are encrypted to protect your privacy. Additional information may be available online through our patient portals.
