Following is information for pre-admission testing and pre-surgical testing that you should read and follow prior to your visit to a Crozer Health hospital.

Crozer Health offers Pastoral Care Services to alleviate suffering and enhance the healing of our patients by supporting their spiritual needs. Pastoral care services are offered at our four hospitals. All patients have the right to access Pastoral Care Services at Crozer Health.
