I consider myself to be an expert in mobility, and it is my goal as a practitioner to give my patients the highest degree of mobility possible. Whether my patient's goal is just being able to stand on two feet and walk without pain or completing an ultra-marathon, I believe I can help people with all levels of foot and ankle injuries.

I maintain an extremely active and mobile lifestyle. I have been running competitively since ninth grade and have logged well over 30,000 miles of running. I have participated in mountain bike races, duathlons, adventure races, ultra-marathons, and backcountry skiing. Some of my best races include the Philadelphia Marathon in 2:36:44 and the Broad Street 10 Mile Run in 55 minutes. I have had my share of overuse injuries with these activities over the years. My personal experience with an active lifestyle and associated injuries provides enormous insight into helping others stay on their feet.
