Meet the professional nutritionists and clinical dietitians from Crozer Health who help to educate patients and the community about healthy food choices.
Sarah Chesky, RDN, LDN
Sarah is the dietitian nutritionist for the Outpatient Nutrition Center at Springfield Hospital, where she counsels and educates patients on a variety of nutritional needs. She counsels and educates patients on a variety of nutritional needs while working in the Outpatient Nutrition Center. She also teaches classes to patients at The Center for Diabetes through the American Diabetes Association’s accredited education program.
Sarah earned her B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from Penn State University. She also completed her dietetic internship with Penn State University, with a majority of her field experiences taking place at Penn State Hershey Medical Center and surrounding community sites. Sarah is currently pursuing her Master of Science degree in Nutrition Counseling and Education from Immaculata University.
Sarah has a passion for working with patients with a variety of backgrounds. Her goal is to empower her patients to make realistic and sustainable changes so that they can build a healthier lifestyle. She wants her patients to continue to enjoy the foods they eat while improving their overall health.
Sarah is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and the Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutrition, Medical Nutrition Therapy, and Weight Management practice groups.
Aubrey Redd, M.S., RDN, LDN
Aubrey is one of the outpatient dietitian nutritionists for the Outpatient Nutrition Center based out of Springfield Hospital. She counsels a variety of patients to support their individual nutrition needs, and assists them in achieving their health goals.
She attended West Chester University, obtaining both her B.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics and M.S. in Community Nutrition. She then went on to complete her dietetic internship and supervised practice through West Chester University with an emphasis on community nutrition.
Aubrey enjoys working with patients in a way that feels authentic and genuine, inspiring patients to create realistic goals that are applicable to them. Nutrition isn't a "one-size-fits-all" approach, and Aubrey dedicates her time working with patients to find the path that's right for them.
She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, and is a leader on the boards of the Pennsylvania Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, and the Philadelphia Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics. Additionally, she is a member of both the Nutrition Entrepreneurs and Women's Health dietetic practice groups.
