Workers Compensation Physician Panel
The Workers Compensation Physicians Panel contains resources for service providers and employees. If you suffer a work-related injury, your employer or its insurance carrier must pay for reasonable services and medicines.
You must also visit one of the licensed physicians or practitioners of the healing arts in the attachment for each hospital below. If you need treatment, you must continue to visit one of these individuals for 90 days from the date of your first visit.
